The Michelin Guide Dubai 2026 came out on 6 October with 20 starred restaurants, and a lot of the city's best cooking now happens in small rooms: one menu, fixed sittings, a deposit up front.

That makes the practical details matter as much as the food. Deposits here run from AED 200 a person at avatāra to the full AED 1,350 at Trèsind Studio, and cancellation windows from 24 to 72 hours. We print them, because they're what decides whether a Thursday booking works.

Chef-led over concept-led, always. A new opening gets in once its menu and booking page are live, not when the press release lands.
