Eleven tasting menus, and how to book each one.
Seats, sittings, deposits and dress codes for the small rooms where much of Dubai's best cooking now happens, from AED 295 at Orfali Bros to AED 2,000 at FZN.
Eleven placesChecked 25 October 2026Prices in AED

The Michelin Guide Dubai 2026 came out on 6 October with 20 starred restaurants. A good share of the best of it happens in small rooms with one menu, fixed sittings and money up front.
Here are ten of them, plus ISHQ, the new Indian tasting room at Raffles Dubai. Everything below comes from each restaurant's own website or booking page. Where a restaurant doesn't publish a price, we say so rather than borrow one from a magazine.
They run west to east: the Palm and Jumeira Bay, then DIFC, Jumeirah and Satwa, and finally the Marina, Wafi and Dubai Hills.
Hours and prices change. Check with the venue before you go.
